FAQs

For our shipping rates, we offer flat-rate options tailored to your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of 9 euros for most orders within Ireland. This includes next-day delivery via UPS.
  2. Livestock Shipping: For live animal shipments, we provide a flat-rate shipping fee of 25 euros. This includes a polybox and heat pack to ensure the safe transportation of your livestock. Livestock shipments are also delivered via next-day delivery service.

Please note that shipping costs for deliveries outside of Ireland will vary depending on the destination address. These costs will be calculated automatically during checkout using the UPS plugin based on the provided address.

If you have any further questions regarding shipping or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected].

You can track your order in three ways:
  1. Email: Once your order is packed and shipped via UPS, you’ll receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
  2. Account Page: You can also view your tracking number by logging into your account page and finding your order details.
  3. Track Order Page: Our website offers a dedicated “Track Order” page where you can enter your order number to view its tracking information.

If your order has already shipped but you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam folder in your email. If it’s not there, you can contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot modify it to include additional items.

  • Place a New Order: You can place a new order for the additional items you need.
  • Contact Us (For Un-shipped Orders): If your original order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to combine it with your new order. In this case, an additional delivery fee might apply, depending on a few factors:
    • Destination: If the new order pushes the combined package weight or dimensions outside the original shipping criteria, particularly for destinations outside of Ireland, a larger box might be needed, resulting in a higher shipping cost.
    • Processing Stage: The closer your original order is to shipment, the less likely we can combine them.

Important Note: If you choose to have us combine the orders, an extra delivery fee may apply.

The answer is both yes and no. While we strive to show accurate colors, there are factors affecting how they appear:

  • Subjective Perception: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! What one person finds vibrant, another might see differently.
  • Lighting: The type of lighting used during photography and in your aquarium can significantly impact color. LED lights, commonly used in photos, may make colors appear more intense compared to HQI or T5 lighting.
  • Screen Variations: The device you use to view the photos (phone, computer) can also affect how colors appear.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect match. However, we can assure you that:

  • We use LED lighting: Our coral photos are taken under LED lights, a popular choice for home aquariums.
  • No artificial color editing: We don’t artificially edit the colors of our corals in post-processing. We might adjust white balance and brightness for optimal presentation.

Yes, corals can adapt their colors based on various factors:

  • Transport stress: Corals might appear slightly different upon arrival due to transport.
  • Water conditions: The health of your tank’s water can impact coral color. Provide a healthy environment, and the coral’s natural colors will likely return.
  • Lighting and flow: The lighting intensity and water flow in your tank can also influence coral coloration.

Absolutely! You’re always welcome to visit our location to view the corals yourself.
